Please read these terms before downloading or using Password Manager. By using the software you confirm that you understand and accept the following.
1. License and use
Password Manager is provided for personal use to manage passwords on your own devices.
2. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. Keep your own backup.enc backup.
3. Master password and data responsibility
The master password cannot be recovered; the publisher cannot restore losses caused by a forgotten master password, deleted local files or missing backups.
4. Security boundaries
The software cannot defend against malware that has gained administrator access, keyloggers, screen capture, physical coercion, or the risk of a too-weak master password.
5. Unsigned build
Current installers are not Apple code-signed/notarized (macOS) or Authenticode-signed (Windows), so the OS will show a security prompt. Download only from this website and verify the provided SHA-256 checksum.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses, data loss or lost profits.
7. Changes to these terms
Updates will be published on this page with an effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules).
